<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">量子效率（QE）在天文摄影中至关重要。高量子效率的设备能有效捕获更多光子，增强信号、提高信噪比，利于拍摄遥远星系等暗弱天体。改善图像质量方面，不同波段下量子效率差异影响色彩还原，使天体颜色更真实，还能间接提高分辨率，展现更多天体细微结构。同时拓展观测范围，适应不同天体和观测条件，在低光污染和光污染严重地区都有重要作用，且支持长时间曝光，减少信号损失和噪声积累。总之，量子效率是获得高质量天文图像的关键因素。</span></p>
<p>量子效率是衡量相机传感器对光的敏感度的重要指标。QHYCCD近期发布的草帽相机miniCAM8搭载Sony IMX585传感器，其量子效率曲线图展现出优秀的性能。</p>

<p>1. <strong>OIII 波段（500.7nm&amp;496nm）</strong>：对于高温、高能量的天体现象，如行星状星云、超新星遗迹等，氧原子的激发会产生强烈的OIII辐射。<strong>miniCAM8在该波段的量子效率达到</strong><strong>91.2%</strong>。</p>
<p>2. <strong>Ha 波段（656.3nm）</strong>：Hα波段是天文摄影中非常重要的一个波段，许多发射星云都是由星际气体中的氢原子被激发后发出的光形成的。<strong>miniCAM8在该波段的量子效率达到</strong><strong>80.9%</strong>。</p>
<p>3. <strong>SII 波段（671.6nm）</strong>：SII波段对于观测超新星遗迹、星际物质的化学反应区域等天体现象至关重要。在这个波段，<strong>miniCAM8在该波段的量子效率达到</strong><strong>78.7%，</strong>意味着它能够更有效地捕捉硫原子激发产生的辐射，从而呈现出天体中硫元素的分布。</p>

<p>在对miniCAM8搭载的IMX585传感器和市面上主流制冷相机搭载的传感器（因IMX571、IMX455、IMX533的制成基本相同，量子效率基本一致，所以在此以IMX571为例）进行量子效率曲线对比时，我们清晰地看到IMX585展现出的卓越优势。</p>
<p><strong>在重要的OIII、Ha、SII、CH4波段，IMX585的量子效率均高于IMX571</strong>。这意味着在这些波段的观测或拍摄中，IMX585能够更有效地捕捉光子，将更多的光信号转化为电信号，从而获得更优质、更清晰的图像或数据。</p>

<section>在现今科学研究和工业应用中，制冷能力和暗电流水平是评估科学级相机的至关重要的参数。导致暗电流产生的原因有很多，对于<span class="wx_search_keyword_wrap">光学传感器<i class="wx_search_keyword"></i></span>来说，最主要的就是<strong>温度</strong>。温度越高，暗电流就越大。温度控制对于抑制暗电流来说至关重要，特别是采用铟镓砷材料制作的索尼短波红外系列传感器，其暗电流远远大于<span class="wx_search_keyword_wrap">可见光传感器<i class="wx_search_keyword"></i></span>的硅材料，因此降低暗电流水平更为关键。</section>

<section>近年来，索尼推出了一系列采用铜互联技术的小像素，高分辨率短波红外芯片，例如130万像素的IMX990，乃至500万像素的IMX992。 由于图像质量优秀，已经在多个方面得到了应用。</p>

<p>QHYCCD针对上述芯片的暗电流特点，在短波红外相机系列的研发上采用了自行研制的制冷封装技术，大大降低了芯片的暗电流水平，使其在<strong>科学级成像，弱光探测，天文观测，生物成像</strong>等领域能够发挥优异的成像特性。</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">需要注意的是，QHYCCD采用的制冷封装技术并不是直接利用SONY的内置<span class="wx_search_keyword_wrap">半导体制冷<i class="wx_search_keyword"></i></span>的短波红外芯片来实现的，而是采用了在天文相机领域所积累的制冷技术，对SONY的成像芯片进行了更深度的制冷，能够实现更大的温差，从而显著地降低了暗电流噪声，实现了科学级的成像质量。<strong>在这一点上，QHY990系列相机显著有别于大部分采用内置半导体制冷芯片的工业短波红外相机。</strong>采用内置半导体制冷的相机，通常温差在低于环境温15℃或者25℃的范围，而QHY990的环境温差可以达到<strong>35℃</strong>。</p>

<p>这一制冷温差会带来怎样的效果呢？环境温度25℃下，芯片的工作温度分别是10℃和-10℃时，我们对QHY990短波红外相机拍摄效果进行了对比和数据分析。</p>
<p>我们可以根据曲线图来看看这两个温度下的暗电流情况：</p>

<p>在+10℃的时候，相机的暗电流为1477.26e-/pixel/s，而在-10℃下，暗电流为250.55e-/pixel/s。也就是说，假设曝光时间为3s，通过计算可以得到+10℃下的暗电流基底是4431.78e-，-10℃下的为751.65e-，即使只有3s的曝光，在+10℃和-10℃不同的温度下，暗电流造成的读出噪声差距也很明显。</p>
<p>为了更加直观地体现出制冷对于图像质量即暗电流表现的影响，我们拍摄了测试图像：</p>

<p>两张图像拍摄于弱光条件下，Gain=0，曝光为3s。第一张图像拍摄时制冷温度设置为10℃，第二张图像拍摄时制冷温度设置为-10℃。可以看出，第一张图像中的噪点明显多于第二张。</p>
<p>在很多科研领域，如生物荧光成像和环境监测等，往往还需要捕捉和处理更加微弱的光，这对相机的成像素质要求更加严格。我们来看看QHY990在更暗的环境中，在+10℃和-10℃的工作温度下拍摄图像的对比:</p>

<section>从直方图分布情况看：-10℃下的本底噪声分布集中，体现出“本底干净”的特点，非常有利于科学图像分析。而+10℃下的本底噪声较为分散，范围比较大，已经受到暗电流噪声的严重影响。</section>

<p>2023年12月份，SWONS项目在针对冬季星空的窄带巡天中发现了一条绚丽的［OIII］条带，消息一经公布就引起广泛关注，SWONS团队随即对本次发现展开更深入的研究。（SWONS团队成员有：贾淞寓，张超，武朝剑，张卫国，邱虹云，孙国佑）</p>
<p>近日，这条绚丽的［OIII］条带被小组名为“丝绸星云”，有关项目的简要介绍和业余设备测定的目标简要特征发布在2024年第四期《中国国家天文》杂志上。</p>
